We are very happy to announce that a new Training Course called “Genderalizing: Management of Diversity in Gender“ has been approved by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). The project has received a grant of 24.892,00 euro, coordinated by TDM 2000 International, will be implemented in Poland this autumn.
The project aims to explore and discuss gender issues, and analyze the diverse manners how the related subjects are treated in our countries and in the European space in general. Hence, we plan to create an environment where youngsters can discover, reflect and debate about topics such as gender equality, sexual-based discrimination, homosexuality or the role of women. We expect to generate an experience of great personal and professional growth with significant development of skills and competences that promote and facilitate the preparation and realization of projects and activities, at international or local level, on gender issues by providing examples of the tools as well as the methods which may be used for the realization of such projects.
The Training Course will bring together 30 motivated youth workers and youth leaders active in the third sector from Poland, Italy, Romania, Portugal, Turkey, Hungary, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Malta and Lithuania.
