It’s the energy that gives you the force to push throughchallenges, stay focused, and maintain a sense of purpose even in the face ofobstacles. It can come from both external sources, such as recognition or rewards,and internal sources, like passion or a sense of purpose. Regardless of where itoriginates, motivation is essential for achieving success and maintaining momentumtoward long-term goals.Building and sustaining motivation involves setting clear, meaningful goals, stayingconnected to one’s values, and regularly celebrating progress. Intrinsic motivation,driven by a personal connection to the task, often leads to the most fulfillingachievements, while extrinsic motivation, such as rewards or deadlines, can providethe necessary push to stay on track.
