Meet the team

Active in the youth field since 1998, Angelica has over 15 years of experience in international project management. With over a decade of experience in international large scale project management, she holds a degree in Political Science with a specialization in International Economics. As a freelance trainer, she has worked across Europe, delivering training on a wide range of topics, including NGO management, entrepreneurship, employability, soft skills and inclusion. She has also managed a youth center in Norway and collaborated on project management at CEUPA – the Center for EU Projects of the Governorship of Antalya. She serves as a senior trainer for the Italian National Agency, leading training cycles for the European Solidarity Corps in Italy.

With a background in Modern Literature and Educational Sciences, Federico is a certified trainer in Human Rights Education by the Council of Europe. He has worked in project management for over a decade, at both local and international levels. Since 2009, he has been active as a freelance trainer and project manager in the field of non-formal education, focusing on human rights, youth participation, social inclusion, and migration. He also collaborates with the Italian National Agency for Youth in training international volunteers. active in the field of non-formal education, personal and professional growth of young people, international mobility and volunteering, freelance journalist with active collaborations with Corriere dello Sport, La Repubblica, Giornale di Sardegna, Sardegnagol and other newspapers. International trainer in the pool of trainers of the European Solidarity Corps of the Italian Youth Agency and for the Youth Department of the Council of Europe specialized in human rights education, media literacy, sport as an educational tool and volunteering. He speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and a little bit of Estonian. Federico is also a journalist and sports enthusiast.

She has been actively involved in youth organizations and student bodies in Latvia, and gained experience as a project manager and social media specialist. She is a testimonial of the mobility programmes of the EU- has participated in many youth exchanges and trainings, volunteering projects under the European Solidarity Corps Programme and the Italian Universal Civil Service in 2023–2024. Elizabete graduated from the University of Latvia in 2021 with a degree in English Philology.

He is a multidisciplinary artist, active in theater and music, performing with the companies "Scenica Frammenti" and "Sartoria Caronte APS", and volunteering at Collinarea Theatre Festival. Elia holds a diploma in Visual Arts. He participated in a long-term European Solidarity Corps project in Türkiye (2022–2023) and completed the Digital Civil Service in Italy (2023–2024). He is a junior facilitator and trainer in Erasmus+ projects, supporting creativity and inclusion among young people. In the network he is responsible for the youth outreach.

Luca has been working in the youth and public sectors for over 20 years, with a background in Political Science and International Relations. He’s an expert in European projects, advocacy, and youth policy, and has trained organizations and volunteers all across Europe. His focus areas include non-formal education, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, and human rights. Luca is part of the official trainer pools for the Italian and Macedonian National Agencies and SALTO Youth. He also co-authored T-Kit 15: Participatory Youth Policy and continues to create resources that support youth empowerment and participation.

Davide is a project manager with more than 15 years of experience in NGOs. He has managed a wide range of international cooperation projects, including a five-year health programme supporting children and adolescents living with HIV in Kenya. Davide holds a Law degree and has completed advanced training on child rights and youth development. He speaks English, Spanish, Polish and Swahili.

Irisa from Albania, has been involved in the youth field as a volunteer since 15 years old in her hometown. As a former European Voluntary Service participant in Italy and participant of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs exchange she is a strong believer of the power of volunteering and international mobility. Since 2016, she has been active as a freelance project manager and trainer in Albania, Italy, and across Europe, working mainly on youth, sustainability, and civic participation projects. She holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Environmental Biotechnology from the University of Tirana.
