Youth Waves

This manual was produced under the project "Youth Waves Surfers: Multiplier effect for Youth Clubs," small scale partnership Erasmus Plus program, by partners participating in the project and representing the following countries: Bulgaria, Italy and Portugal. The manual contains the set of rules and procedures necessary for opening and running a youth club in the countries involved in the partnership. There is also a collection of good practices and success stories.
