This training course aimed to promote youth representation amongst the youth of different communities. We wanted to shed light on the understanding of the meaning of youth representation amongst the youngsters that are presenting a minority group.30 youth leaders, workers and young volunteers from countries of the European Union, pre-accession Turkey and the South East Europe Region took part. This diversity of backgrounds enhanced the mixture of ideas and experiences in the multi-cultural environment, thus forming a better learning process for both participants and trainers alike. This course gave the participants the possibility to improve and increase their understanding and knowledge of representation, voluntarism and creativity, increasing their problem-solving skills on the basis of non-formal education.
The course was held from 13th to 20th June in Fruska Gora, Serbia.
