September signed the end of the long-term project ESTEEM- Enhance and Stimulate Trust while Exploring new forms of Entrepreneurship Modules financed by the Erasmus + Programme.

The project led by the Chamber of Craft Lyon Rhône (France), in collaboration with the Spanish association APECVA, the Portuguese university institute ISCTE and the Italian association TDM 2000 International aimed to support female entrepreneurship by encouraging trust and by exploring and developing new forms of entrepreneurship modules.

What has been done?

Since October 2020, partners from Italy, Spain, and Portugal together with the CMA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes have joined forces to
develop training activities and tools based on innovative approaches to support professional diversity in the craft sector.

Some of the results:

1- RESEARCH STUDY

On how psychological codes and cognitive aspects of a business leader are influenced by the gender. Partners collected and analyzed information on psychological characteristics (self-esteem, self-efficacy, motivation, management of emotions, elimination of perceived barriers to entrepreneur-ship, resilience

2- MODULES AROUND FEMALE LEADERSHIP

To help women to be in harmony with themselves and others, more positive and self- confident. To take and fully assume their place as a business leader.
There were developed tailored training modules, workshops, and individual coaching.

3- ROLE PLAY BETWEEN MANAGERS

With the objective to forge and exchange views between business leaders, foster networking as a pillar to move forward in entrepreneurship, there were designed and implemented various role play models placing entrepreneurs/future entrepreneurs in situations from daily work on their enterprise. Through the role plays they received feedback and recommendations from business professional on how to improve their skills.

4- EDUCATIONAL MODULES AND TOOLS TO DEVELOP FINANCING SKILLS

Aimed to provide participants with entrepreneurial, economic and financial skills to broaden their project/ideas, and thereby facilitate their financing.
Through workshops and interactive activities based on a non-formal educational approach, catalog of the various financial tools for entrepreneurs.
