• Toolbox for identification of needs

  This Toolbox was created in the framework of the project "Flytowork" funded by the European Commission. The general object of this document is to establish a simple process on how to establish the state of the art of youth unemployment problems. The publication aims at defining a set of tools that will help partners and our collaborators identify: 1) The needs of the participants and stakeholders by conducting field research through focus groups. 2) The successful ongoing methodologies used to design onboarding plans. In general, there are several reports showing the needs of the participants involved in this project at the regional, national, and European levels. • Practical Handbook on Onboarding Methodology

  This Handbook was created in the framework of the project "Flytowork" funded by the European Commission. It aims to be a guide to ameliorate the proper acceptance of the newcomer into the company, as it has been seen, on-boarding is key for boosting the relationship between the new employee with its surroundings within the first six months. This is exactly what this manual will do, by proposing activities, digital tools and several types of material, companies will have under their disposal a repository of concepts, good practices, activities and relevant digital tools that will help their HR departments to embrace the newcomers at the same time that newcomers will feel more integrated and will build a better relationship with the company.   The Educational Game is a board/card game aimed at fostering young people's active citizenship, at enhancing their integration and inclusion, and at strengthening their contribution to the functioning and development of democratic debate. Not only this, it also aims at empowering the participants to play a vital role in their own development as well as that of their communities putting the emphasis on how important is their action to contribute in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
